College challenges your resilience, adaptability, and emotional fortitude. The numerous changes it presents can feel daunting. This virtual one-on-one session aims to equip you with science-based strategies and to alleviate stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, ensuring that when obstacles arise, you are ready and filled with strength and confidence.

What can you expect?

A two-hour session, tailored to your specific needs and goals. The session is conducted via Zoom or FaceTime to ensure your privacy and comfort.

When will the session take place?

You will select a specific date and time that fits your schedule - based on availability. 

When is registration?

Now through June 30, 2025.

How much does the session cost?

These sessions are offered at a reduced student rate and include further discount if early bird registration is completed. Sessions are non-refundable.

Early Bird Registration - By June 13th: $100 

Non-Early Bird Registration: $125

(Two-Hour Sessions are valued at $300)

How do I register?

Step 1: Fill out the contact form below. 

Step 2: You will be contacted via phone to schedule your session, submit payment, discuss expectations, and answer any questions you may have. Please allow 48 hours for contact.

Note: You are reserving this time, which is dedicated specifically to you. Therefore, payment is expected at time of scheduling. Payments are non-refundable.
